This piece highlights the beauty of hand processed walnut dye. Handmade papers of flax, linen (processed from clothing), abaca and cotton are sewn in place, accented by hand stitched bones. A fusion of plant, animal and artist are found in this piece.

Layers of paper overlap. Dips into the indigo vat leave their mark. Together, their depth creates a piece of art reminiscent of The Blue Ridge Mountains. Hung in a 2 1/2 inch shadowbox frame that can be hung horizontally or vertically.
