Need access to paper making tools and equipment? Let's make your paper dreams come true.
I fell in love with paper making in 2016 at Penland School of Crafts. I got stuck because I didn't have access to a studio and equipment to keep going. A year and a half with a broken heart was enough. I invested in a hollander beater and built mould and deckle sets, a press and a dryer box. It's a small scale set-up and it does the trick.
It's now available to rent! Get your hands in the pulp and make some paper. The set-up is pop up style, overlooking the garden. Located in Fairview, NC just outside of Asheville.
Equipment includes:
Oracle Hollander Beater (capacity 1-1.5lbs of dry fiber)
Moulds and deckles ranging in size from 5 1/2" x 8 1/2" to 11" x 17"
