A biennial, Weld (Reseda luteola) prefers disturbed, neglected soils. Leaves can be harvested for dyeing in the first growing season and flowers can be harvested in the second year. Weld gives a crisp, clear yellow that is lightfast.
These plants are grown with organic soil mix, compost, and compost tea which give them a microbial boost for health and productivity.
Dye plants are grown in 3-4" pots.
Please note that plants can be picked up on Saturday, May 6th between 9am and 5pm or another day by arrangement. Choose your preference below.
All seed and plant sales are final.
