Paper Quilts

These wall hangings are inspired by the art of quilting, geometry, and a love of handmade paper pulp. They offer an alternative to framed art behind glass, creating shadows and textures as the light shines through. Frames are made of salvaged wood. Each one in unique.

There are a variety of patterns and sizes which work together in clusters or beautifully stand alone. Variations in pulp coverage and shapes are expected and welcomed. Some paper quilts have wooden openings that allow you to add your own treasure. I enjoy adding miniature vase of flowers or a nature treasure into the paper quilts in my home.
