Each journal is individually hand crafted and one of a kind. Cover papers are made from plant based raw materials that are wild crafted or grown in Western North Carolina using prolific and invasive species. Cover accents include eco-prints (stains made from steaming leaves onto paper), hand stitching, machine stitching, and natural dyes.
All journals are sewn with lay flat stitching so that one can write and draw on the pages with ease. The acid-free paper inside takes pen and pencil easily. Individual descriptions will indicate if the journal is made with lined or blank pages.
